Voice Tracks
Ask Chirp to research a topic and transform it into a podcast, lecture, or briefing.
Most voice assistants struggle when you ask them to go deep. Thoughtful research takes time, but voice interactions are designed for immediate answers. And the best way to absorb information depends on the subject: some topics work best as a conversation, others as a structured lecture, and others as an interactive briefing.
Chirp Tracks solve this. Chirp researches a topic asynchronously, then transforms what it learns into a format designed for listening. And these aren’t passive podcasts or lectures. At any point, you can interrupt, ask a question, or steer the conversation in a new direction. Think of it like attending a great class where you can raise your hand whenever something sparks your curiosity.
- Podcasts: Two hosts explore and break down a topic through conversation.
- Narratives: A single host delivers a structured, lecture-style explanation.
- Briefings: Chirp prepares the essential context, then lets you ask questions and explore it further.
There are three ways tracks are created: you can pipe them over via MCP (recommended), ask Chirp simply to research a topic, or tracks will be auto-generated from Substacks and newsletters in your inbox.
